O'Briens recently won the contract with Wates to carry out works to Walsgrave Junior School, Coventry.

The project consists of an extension to the existing building, allowing the school additional space for ever growing classroom numbers. O'Briens' work involves foundations, drainage, substructure brickwork, floor slabs and tarmac paths.

This is the third project Wates and O'Briens have worked together on and it is hoped this partnership will continue well into the future.
